Such office, directly paid by the Association, can offer free advice services to the associates for problems about professions or for personal civil/penal problems they have. On the contrary, the Associates are asked to pay for extra money (according to the minimum law tariff regulations) if they ask the office to do specific and very difficult researches, extrajudicial deeds (letters, warnings, contracts, …) or judicial (legal actions). The office will inform in advance if the service asked for needs an extra payment or not.
In particular, we would like to point out that our lawyer’s office is really well known for its experience about the juridical and legislative disciplines regarding “new professions” such as naturopathy, osteopathy, criminology, professions dealing with the psychological field, community regulations, contracts, the procedures about the juridical acknowledgement of the titles (when it is possible and permitted by the States) or the credits at University. Obviously, it deals with every day juridical questions as well. Having a more and more closed contact with the Associates will permit to improve and optimize the solutions about the problems that the professions we are dealing with can create in every day’s life.
